A place where young people can learn music for free in all its forms. this school, financed by the city of cali, is an opportunity for many, that might not have other chances on getting to an instrument. The school tries to provide them with whatever they can, so they have a career as musicians. Some of the students are part of local bands, and take part in local festivals in the region.
